Tell me about you, your role and your responsibilities. 

My name is Orla Strefford, and I’m Head of Recruitment Marketing at Webhelp based in Glasgow, looking after the  UK, South Africa & India.

What were your Talent Attraction challenges before working with GO?

Attracting more qualified and diverse candidates to Webhelp to work in our key UK, SA and Indian marketplace whilst also enabling my team to free up time in their already very busy working days!

What originally attracted you to GO in 2021?

We were looking to work with an innovative technology company to help us continue on our journey to be an authentic and intentional employer and to help reduce the pressure on the teams to create and publish hundreds of DE&I compliant Job Ads annually.


Since you have been working with GO, what has been your overall experience?

Very good. They are always available and have looked to work in our specific business requirements to their roadmap. We love the speed of the automation and the optimisation of our existing Job Ads. They are very personable and always looking to provide guidance and expertise where required. They don’t just give you the product. They support and run the onboarding process and provide full Account Management, and Stella in Customer Success seems to work 24/7!


Regarding the benefits and ROI of investing in GO, what would you highlight? 

We have achieved a 127% increase in the quality and diversity of candidates, and the team saved 319 hours not having to write/optimise Job Ads in 2022. We will definitely be renewing in 2023
